Shipping policy

Shipping:

Our Shipping companies are "limited carrier risk".

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we can not replace the item.

If the item is damaged in transit we will replace or repair the item, if this is not possible you will be refunded. There is a 7 day limit to report damage, otherwise the carrier will decline it.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 46 Tauranga Direct Rd, Hamurana, Rotorua.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it has been damaged in transit)  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
